Domestic Violence Intervention

Domestic abuse can have devastating effects on individuals and families. NOCC’s Domestic Abuse Intervention program is specifically designed to support both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence in Baker City, Baker County, and across Eastern and Northeast Oregon. Our program provides a safe and confidential environment where individuals can receive the support they need to break the cycle of abuse and begin the healing process.

  • Services: We offer a comprehensive, court-endorsed, one-year program that includes counseling, education, and support groups. The program is suitable to meet the needs of both men and women, with a focus on promoting accountability, understanding, and positive behavioral change.

Prison Ministry

For over two decades, Northeast Oregon Compassion Center’s Prison Ministry has been a beacon of hope for incarcerated individuals in the Eastern Oregon region. Our ministry offers spiritual guidance, Bible studies, and worship services within the Powder River and Snake River Correctional Facilities, providing inmates with the opportunity to explore their faith and seek redemption.
